I am not a body. I am free. For I remain as God created me.
1. W-191 «I am the holy Son of God Himself».
²In silence and with true humility, I seek the Glory of God, to behold it in the Son He created as my Self.I
⁴I am not a body.
⁵I am free.
⁶For I remain as God created me.
I To recognize yourself as the holy Son of God may, on some days, sound like too great a phrase for you—and that’s all right. You do not need to force a certainty you do not feel. It is enough not to close the door. Say to yourself honestly: “I want to remember, even if I do not fully feel it today.” That small opening of willingness is already a form of acceptance.
This Course does not expect you to reach the summit every day, only that you move toward it. If the affirmation feels too large, hold on to a spark: “I am learning to see differently.” “I am willing to trust.” “I want peace.” Do not walk away empty-handed.
Gather what is within reach today. Like a harvest, even the humblest one is valuable for what it foretells. Every small act of honesty, of kindness toward yourself, is a silent way of saying: “I remain as God created me.”
When my mind grows still, I see perfection everywhere.
I am holy.
