God is only Love, therefore, that is what I am.
1. W-157 “Into His Presence would I enter now.” I
God is only Love, therefore, that is what I am.
2. W-158 “Today I learn to give as I receive.” II
God is only Love, therefore, that is what I am.
I Father, I want to be with You!
II My happiness is to give the love I feel and the light that illumines my mind.
This is about vision, not analysis. Jesus is not speaking of a lovely light or a spiritual metaphor. He is speaking of a direct experience that has nothing to do with the eyes of the body. To see the light of God is not an image—it is a certainty. It is not manufactured; it is received. But to receive it, one must stop seeing in the usual way. That is, one must stop interpreting.
For to see as God sees is not to understand things better, nor to be more loving. It is to cease looking from the ego’s thought system—plain and simple. As long as perception is tainted by judgment, you see nothing. You see forms, labels, stories. You see what you yourself are projecting. But light does not enter through that. Light is recognized only when you no longer need to see anything else.
And the same is true of giving. Learning to give as you receive is not about being generous—it is about realizing that you already have everything. Then you do not give to get, nor to ease guilt. You give because you know you lose nothing by giving. For the miracle is not given from lack, but from recognition.
Do you want to see? Then stop interpreting. Because as long as you keep trying to understand everything, you will see nothing.
