I am not a body. I am free. For I remain as God created me.
1. W-182 “I will be still an instant and go home.”
²Why would I choose to linger one moment more where I do not belong, when God Himself has given me His Voice, calling me to return home? I

I This lesson does not speak of places; it speaks of states of mind. The “home” to which we are invited to return is that inner space where peace abides, where we recognize who we are. Each time you find yourself in a state you do not like—anxiety, judgment, irritation—remember: that is not your home.
Simply say, “I will be still an instant and go home,” and acknowledge that you have the right to a different state of mind—one that truly belongs to you. The key lies in pausing, in not bargaining with discomfort, and in allowing yourself to return to your Self, where Love awaits you.
In the silence of my stillness I find peace, and I am in God.
